HOT CHOCOLATE
100 g dark chocolate
1 ½ cups (375ml) milk
½ cup (125ml) cream

Finely chop the dark chocolate and place in a medium pan. Add ¼ cup (60ml) hot water, and stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted. Gradually add the milk and the cream, whisking until smooth and slightly frothy, without boiling

Pour into 2 warmed mugs and top with a spoonful of whipped cream with a dusting of drinking chocolate powder.
