HUMMUS
400 g canned chick peas, drained
4 tbsps tahini
2 – 3 garlic cloves chopped
Jiuce of 1 small lemon
Salt and ground black pepper

Using a potato masher or fork, coarsely mash the chick peas in a mixing bowl. If you like a smoother puree’, process in a blender. Mix the tahini into the bowl of chick peas, then stir in the chopped garlic cloves and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black [pepper. If needed
