Fruit Sushi

 2 cups cooked sushi rice
 6 tbsp coconut milk
 Fresh fruit like strawberries, bananas, kiwis, oranges etc

Place rice and coconut milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly, cover and let it stand for 15 minutes


Meanwhile slice the fruit


Wet hands with water and pick up about 2 tablespoons of rice and shape into an oval; top with the prepared fruit and chill
