FRUIT AND NUT CLUSTERS
100 g dark chocolate, in chunks
25 g unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
25 g mini marshmallows
6 chocolate chip biscuits, broken up
50 g dried cranberries
50 g ready-to-eat apricots, chopped
25 g flaked almonds
Glace cherries and fruit jelly sweets to decorate

Melt the chocolate with the butter and honey in a microwave

Mix in the marshmallows, biscuits, dried fruit and almonds; stir well to coat with the chocolate

Divide the mixture between 12 paper cases and decorate the tops with the cherries and sweets
