 200 g favetta
 Spicy hot paste (see the above recipe)
 2 tbsps olive oil

Soak the favetta for 30 minutes in warm water. Rinse well. Put in a pan, cover well with water and cook until tender. Blend to a smooth puree’. If the puree’ is too thick, add more water while blending. Pour the bean puree’ into a bowl, add the spicy hot paste and the salt. Mix well and drizzle with olive oil.
