Spicy Hardboild Eggs
 
															 30 g butter
 100 g ham diced
 100 g frozen peas, defrosted
 1500 g jar arrabiata sauce
 2  small onions, thinky sliced
 2  cloves garlic, crushed
 5  eggs hard-boiled and quartered
 1 tsp herbes de Provence
 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
 1 tbsp paprika

Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas6; sauté the onions and garlic in the butter until lightly golden; transfer to an ovenproof dish; add the ham, peas and eggs;

Pour the arrabiata sauce over the eggs;

Mix together the herbs, the parmesan and paprika and sprinkle over the top;

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and the sauce is bubbling
