CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

 2 garlic cloves
 150 g butter, softened
 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
 2 baguettes
 125 g mozzarella, sliced
 125 g mature cheddar, sliced

Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5

Crush the garlic cloves with the butter and the chopped parsley; cut through the baguettes, every 2cm leaving the slices attached at the base of the loaf stays together

Spread the butter into each cut, on both sides, leaving a little to spread on top; tuck a slice of mozzarella and one of cheddar into each cut; wrap the baguettes in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes; open the foil and let them crisp up for 5 minutes more; serve warm
