RICOTTA WITH COFFEE

 600 g ricotta
 50 g finely ground coffee
 4 tbsps sugar
 1 tbsp anisette liquor or similar
 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Put the ricotta in a bowl and mash thoroughly until creamy. Add the ground coffee and the sugar and mix well, then lastly add the liquor and mix again. Divide into 6 individual glass containers, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. Decorate with anise stars.
