LEMON AND MUSTARD CRUSTED SALMON

 

 

Serves 6

Ingredients

6 salmon fillets

Zest of one lemon

3 large lemons sliced thinly

60g fresh white breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic chopped

2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard

1 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

 

Method

-          preheat the oven to 180C/Gas4; spread the lemon slices on the base of a large oven proof dish and arrange the salmon fillets, skin side down, on top

-          mix together the lemon zest, breadcrumbs, garlic, mustard, dill and parsley; season and press onto the top of each salmon fillet

-          bake for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is slightly browned; serve immediately

-          hallat flimkien il-qoxra mahkuka tal-lummija, l-frak tal-hobz, it-tewm, il-mustarda, ix-xibt u t-tursin; hawwar u ghafas fuq il-wicc ta’kull fletta tas-salamun

-          sajjar ghal madwar 20 minuta jew sakemm is-salamun ikun sar u t-tahlita tal-wicc tkun hmaret ftit; servi mill-ewwel
