  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk
  • Fresh fruit like strawberries, bananas, kiwis, oranges etc




  • - place rice and coconut milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly, cover and let it stand for 15 minutes
  • - meanwhile slice the fruit
  • - wet hands with water and pick up about 2 tablespoons of rice and shape into an oval; top with the prepared fruit and chill
